Concoct your own original cheese platters...!
Arrange a few portions of cheeses that go well with truffles (Camembert, Brillat-Savarin, Comté, Crottin de Chavignol...). Then place slices of summer truffle carpaccio around the edge of the platter, a little summer truffle salsa and a teaspoon of truffle-flavoured acacia honey. Garnish with a lamb's lettuce leaf and serve with freshly-baked baguette that is still slightly warm.
