Preparation
Prepare the Chia Pudding
Pour the chia seeds into a container and then add the milk or plant-based drink. Mix thoroughly to evenly distribute the seeds.
Let it Soak
Place the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight. Mix again after a few minutes of resting to prevent the seeds from clumping together.
Add the Black Truffle Shavings
Once the pudding has thickened well, gently fold in some of the black truffle shavings. Reserve a few for garnish.
Prepare the Banana
Peel the banana and slice it into thin rounds.
Assemble
Divide the chia pudding into bowls or jars. Arrange the banana slices on top.
Add Honey and Truffle
Drizzle some acacia honey with summer truffle over the banana and pudding. Finish with a few additional black truffle shavings and serve chilled.
Plantin Chef’s tip(s)
Prepare the pudding the day before to achieve a creamy texture. Add the truffled acacia honey and the last chocolate chips only at the time of serving to preserve their aromatic intensity.
