Dried immediately after harvesting, the mushrooms maintain all of their flavours. They arrive separately at our facilities and our teams wash them, then manually sort them and create the blends.
At our production facilities, we create as many as 11 different blends according to the requests we receive from our business customers. For our individual customers, we have put together a balanced blend that offers a range of delicious forest mushroom flavours.
To enjoy the mushrooms to the fullest, first rehydrate them in warm water for one hour, then add them to your culinary creations, including poultry, sauces, omelettes, and pasta. They’re an easy way to transform your dishes into something exquisite.
