When rehydrated, the mixed forest mushrooms will gain 3.5 times their weight. 10 grams of dried mixture are therefore equivalent to around 35 grams of fresh mushrooms.
Ingredients
Dried slippery jacks 40% (_Suillus luteus and/or granulatus_), dried oyster mushrooms 30% (_Pleurotus ostreatus_), dried black mushrooms 20% (_Auricularia polytricha_), dried porcini 10% (_Boletus edulis_).
Storage
If stored in a cool, dry place, these mixed forest mushrooms will keep for up to 18 months.
