As it is rehydrated, the dried porcini gains 3.5 times its weight. 10 grams of dried porcini are therefore equivalent to around 35 grams of fresh porcini.

First, our staff select and sort the mushrooms by hand. Our dried porcini are then packaged. Stored in their jars in a cool, dry place, they can then be kept for up to 18 months. They are thus an excellent alternative to fresh mushrooms, which must be eaten within days of their harvest.

Simply rehydrate for half an hour to enjoy all the delicious aromas and taste of porcini !
