Risotto with porcini and summer truffle 1.5%: Carnaroli rice 81%, mix (potato starch, salt, saccharose, herbs, rice semolina, natural aromas), dehydrated porcini (_Boletus edulis_) 3.5%, milk cream powder, butter powder [butter, casein, whey permeate (contains milk)], dehydrated summer truffles (_Tuber aestivum_) 1.5%. White truffle flavoured extra virgin olive oil: Extra virgin olive oil 99.5%, aroma.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry, dark place. Best before: see under bottle.

Serve with dry white wine. Excessive drinking may damage your health, drink with moderation.

How to enjoy
