Ingredients

Precooked cornmeal 79.2%, mix (potato starch, salt, saccharose, herbs, rice semolina, natural aromas), cheese powder (of which mascarpone 75% (contains milk)), dehydrated porcini (Boletus edulis, aereus, reticulatus, pinicola) 3.5%, dehydrated summer truffles (Tuber aestivum) 1.5%, salt. White truffle flavoured extra virgin olive oil. Extra virgin olive oil 99.5%, aroma.

Store in a cool, dry, dark place. Best before: see under pack.

How to enjoy

You can enjoy our polenta with porcini and summer truffle in just minutes (8 minutes).

Pour the contents of the jar into a saucepan. Then add two jars of water and stir in the polenta.
Then add two jars of milk to the mixture. In all, you will need 4 parts liquid for 1 part polenta.
Mix well and bring to the boil.
Then cook on a low heat for around 7 minutes, stirring constantly.
Serve immediately in deep plates with a drizzle of white truffle flavoured olive oil.
