Preparation

Cook the tagliatelle for 7–8 minutes in gently simmering salted water for al dente pasta, or 10–11 minutes for a softer texture. Add the truffle sauce to taste, mix well and serve.

Ingredients

Button mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) 67%, sunflower oil, summer truffles (Tuber aestivum) 8%, olive oil, flavourings, colouring: E153, salt.
