When rehydrated, dried mushrooms gain 3.5 times their weight. 10 grams of this dried mixture are therefore equivalent to 35 grams of fresh mushrooms.

Ingredients

Dried slippery jacks 80% (_Suillus luteus and/or granulatus_), dried porcini 20% (_Boletus edulis_).

Storage

If stored in a cool, dry place, the dried slippery jack/porcini mixture will keep for up to 18 months.
